Shrimp alla Bon Appetit
Indonisian wild caught shrimp pan sautéed with leeks, onions, and green bell pepper finished in a parmesan cream sauce with a hint of anise.
Italian tort with a flour crust stuffed with Italian sausage, proscuitto, pork, onion, mushrooms, carrots, machcheroncelli, hard cooked eggs, and bechemal sauce topped with egg wash and parmesan cheese. Served with arugula.
Pollo alla Potentina
Chicken breast cut and browned with garlic and onion finished with white wine, tomato, and basil served over pan browned potato..
Pasta alla Caponata
Penne tossed with roasted eggplant, onion, tomato, celery, carrot, and figs.
