Choose from the following entrees:

All entrees served as platters with small portions of salad and couscous
Garbanzo, carrot, celery, red and green bell pepper, onion, and pear roast ground and combined with homemade bread crumbs into a loaf with Cajun spicing served with cream sauce and corn relish.
Shrimp pan sautéed with peppers, and onion in a creamy gravy with fried rice
Catfish fillet rubbed with a Cajun spices dry roasted served with polenta and aioli sauce.
Rice stew (similar to paella) with chicken, shrimp, crawfish tail, green pepper, celery, tomato, and onion spiced with garlic, basil, bay leaf, cayenne, lemon, and Worchester.
