Wine poached shrimp with caramelized onion, herbs, and whipped cream cheese

Roasted Wild Caught King Salmon
Oven roasted salmon with a light orange glaze

Panquecas (Brazillian Crepe)
Savory and sweet crepe wrapped with roasted pear, butternut squash, and caramelized onion

Ispanak
Turkish pan sautéed spinach dish with mushrooms, onions, and tomato spiced with cumin and lemon topped with yogurt sauce.
