Shrimp alla Bon Appetit
Indonisian wild caught shrimp pan sautéed with leeks, onions, and green bell pepper finished in a parmesan cream sauce with a hint of anise.

Italian tort with a flour crust stuffed with Italian sausage, proscuitto, pork, onion, mushrooms, carrots, machcheroncelli, hard cooked eggs, and bechemal sauce topped with egg wash and parmesan cheese.

Chicken Diablo
Chicken breast oven roasted spiced with chili flakes and garlic basted with a red sauce and pan drippings served over roasted potatoes.

Moroccan Tagine
Carrot, bell peppers, yam, butternut squash, tomato, fig, pear, and onion, braised in their own juices with spices (cardamom, cinnamon, coriander, nutmeg) tagine style topped yogurt sauce. Served with rice.

Grilled salmon
West coast wild caught coho fillet spice rubbed and grilled topped spicy ailoi sauce and served with Portuguese rice.
