Jorddandal slab bacon, tomato, lettuce, and optional egg on Madison sourdough baguette.
Side of potato.

French Potato omelette
Whipped eggs with fried potato, onion, red pepper and gruyere cheese oven baked topped with leeks and parmesan cheese. served with pan seared potatoes or polenta.

Zucchini mushroom parmesan omlette
Whipped eggs with button mushrooms, shredded zucchini, onion and parmesan cheese pan done served with pan seared potatoes or polenta.

Sicillian Style Pastry
Rolled pastry sliced and stuffed with Italian sausage, proscuitto, pork, onion, mushrooms, carrots, machcheroncelli, hard cooked eggs, and bechemal sauce topped with egg wash and parmesan cheese. Served with arugula.

Grilled Salmon salad
Salmon spiced rubbed and grilled topped with vinaigrette Served over greens with tomato and sliced red onion.

Vegetarian Tostada
Fried corn tortilla topped with mashed bean spread, tomato, arugula, corn relish, and feta cheese.

Crawfish/Shrimp Cake
Shrimp and crawfish tail poached and combined with fresh bread crumbs, celery, green pepper, and onion pan browned topped with spicy aioli sauce and served with polenta or potatoes.

Huevos Publanos
Two eggs poached in a spicy tomato salsa with red and green peppers, and onions. Served with pan seared potatoes or polenta.
