2010 Michel Gassier Cercius blanc, Languedoc

70% Grenache blanc and 30% Sauvignon blanc. Straw yellow with soft green highlights. Very aromatic, predominantly aromas of citrus, flowers, and flint. Medium bodied and crisp, pairs well with roasted monkfish, paprika grilled game hen, and goat cheeses.

2010 Domaine Petit Roubie Marsanne, Languedoc
100% Marsanne, aged only in stainless steel tanks, then directly into the bottle. Straw colored white wine with green reflections. Rich and complex nose, uniting aromas of menthol, honey, candied fruit and elderflowers. In the mouth this impression is completed. The silky richness mingles with the beautiful, fresh taste of candied oranges.

2011 Domaine de la Sangliere, Provence
A blend of Cinsault and Grenache, two typical grapes varieties of Provence. Presenting rather lustrous and bright pink color, this rose has a stylishly balanced palate. Remarkably smooth, this wine is perfect as an aperitif and delightful with a meal.

2011 Domaine Petit Roubie Tannat, Languedoc 100% Tannat aged in stainless steel tanks. This wine with a strong ruby colour shows a powerful, complex and a fine nose. The typical taste of the wine is plainly expressed. The mouth attack is powerful, the structure of the tannin is beyond reproach and well-balanced, the final is all in the plumpness. The tannat aromas, quiets on the attack, become more efficient with the time.
