dinner tuesday night 9/6 veggie night

Had an encouraging turn out for the vegetarian night premier last week, keep it up. Remember it's three courses for the listed price and discount house wine too.

Tuscan tomato soup
String bean/tomato Salad
Choose from the following entrees:
(Dinner price includes the first three courses. Dessert not included)
All entrees served with special brown rice

Tunisian Tagine
Carrot, peppers, eggplant, tomato, squash, onion, pear, and feta braised in their own juices with spices (cardamom, cinnamon, coriander, nutmeg) combined with fresh bread crumbs and egg to form a dough done tagine style topped yogurt sauce.

Mushroom Gratin
Roasted mushrooms and onions pressed into a light potato dough topped with a crisp bread and parmesan crust Served with basil tomatoes.

Fillo dough layered with a mixture of vegetables (yam, tomato, zucchini, onion, red bell pepper and green bell pepper ) ,and feta cheese with fresh herbs baked golden brown topped with yogurt sauce.

Mediterranean Plate
Spinach pies, feta, tomato, cucumber, cooked garbanzo (with veg and yogurt)
