Moroccan Olives and flat bread
Choose from the following entrees:

All entrees served with special brown rice
Carrot, peppers, squash, spinach, onion, and tofu braised in their own juices with spicescombined with fresh bread crumbs, feta, and egg and layered with fillo dough topped yogurt sauce.
Coc en Primentó
Roasted mushrooms, green and red peppers, zucchini, and onions with olives on a bread dough topped with feta and spices (Spanish mini pizza).
Prepared Arborio rice with sautéed mushrooms and vadalia onions finished with a white wine cream sauce (gorgonzola).
Eggplant , golden tomatoes, and onion pan sautéed tossed with pasta fresh herbs, and olive oil.
