Oven baked, layered dish with a polenta/ bread crumb/parmesan dough (with egg) layered with cooked wine poached shrimp caramelized onion, and bechemal sauce topped with bread crumbs and cheese .
Oven browned chicken breast simmered with garlic, carrots, tomatoes, and onion finished with white wine tomato sauce with a hint of cinnamon served over rice.
Roasted mushrooms and onions pressed into a light potato dough topped with a crisp bread and parmesan crust Served with basil tomatoes.
Jordandal Pork tenderloin rubbed with sage and garlic grilled and served with pan browned potatoes.
