four course meal plus complimentary champagne for 32 dollars

Welcome to Bon Appétit Café’s
New Year

Mexican Platter
Tacos Dorado (Mexican “egg rolls” corn tortilla stuffed with whipped Yukon gold potatoes rolled and quick fried) served with shredded lettuce, sour cream, and cheese

Sopa seca de fideo
Angel hair pasta sautéed in oil combined with a tomato/onion/garlic puree and simmered in vegetable stock served garnished with avocado/queso blanco/and fried mild chilies.

Ensalada Rosaura
Red cabbage, shredded beet, red onion, jicama, and pineapple with an avocado dressing

Choose from the following entrees:
(Dinner price includes the first four courses. Dessert not included)

Pork tenderloin poached in beer with onion and garlic finished in a milk sauce served with arroz Mexicano and a red sauce. Served with arroz Mexicano.

Piscado a la Veracruzana
Red Snapper fillet pan browned and oven roasted with a piquant red sauce (with olives and capers) and topped with fried shrimp. Served with arroz Mexicano.

Pabo con salsa de Mole
Turkey breast browned and finished in a spicy Mexican chocolate and pasilla chille salsa. Served with arroz Mexicano.

Vegetarian platter
Albondigas Vegetarian meatballs (garbanzo, rice, onion, peppers, and herbs) fried served in a spicy green sauce./budin de calabacita corn and zucchini pudding Served with arroz, homemade corn chips and avocado .
