Braised Jordandal Pork Chop
Jordandal farms pork chop marinated and oven braised and topped with roasted pear sauce served with Spanish potato salad.

Moroccan Tagine Eggplant, carrot, peppers, yam, tomato, butternut squash, date, apricot, apple, pear, and lentil braised in their own juices with spices (cardamom, cinnamon, coriander, nutmeg) tagine style topped yogurt sauce. Served with couscous

Steak aux Poivre
Marinated jordandal farms ribeye steak encrusted with spices and pan seared served with tomato infused polenta.

Grilled Salmon
Salmon wrapped in a grape leaf wrapped in a grape leaf grilled and topped with a roasted pear sauce sauce. Served with rice.

Piri Piri
Shrimp sautéed with onion, red and green pepper, carrot, celery, and tomato tossed with poached prawns and a spicy pepper sauce. Served with rice.
