Arborio rice with fennel bulb, crimini mushroom, leeks, onion, celery, green peas, and creamy parmesan cheese sauce.
Seafood stew with a variety of fish, shrimp, little neck clams, tomato, carrot, celery, and onion in a savory sauce with white wine and garlic.
An oven baked layered dish with layers of semolina/polenta/ ricotta dough, steak, oven roasted tomato, and caramelized onion with a béchamel sauce, and another layer of the semolina dough dusted with parmesan cheese.
