friday dec 4th wine dinner meal

Wine Dinner Menu

Appetizer
Feta sundried tomato prepared cheese
White hummus paté
Soup
Squash apple or carrot ginger
Salad
Strawberry avocado salad

Entrees

Mushroom Penne
Organic shitake mushrooms, onion, spinach. And garlic in a white sauce with penne pasta.

Risotto Fruita di Mare
Shrimp, white fish, and black mussels in a tomato vegetable stock with white wine and Arborio rice.

Roasted Jordandal tenderloin
Jordandal farms center cut pork tenderloin slow roasted and basted with a sweet and spicy pear sauce served with kisir.

Gypsy Stew
Vegetables and white beans in a paprika sauce served with yogurt sauce and special rice.

Algerian Chicken
Marinated (middle eastern spicing) chicken breast grilled served with grilled apple and special rice.
