Roasted vegetable and cheese with flat bread

Second Course
Strawberry avocado salad

Entrée
Coquilles St Jacques Creole
Large scallops seared and finished in a Creole sauce served with a side of rice

Braised Jordandal Pork Chop
Jordandal farms pork chop marinated and oven braised and topped with sweet pineapple sauce served with pan roasted potato.

Coucous Marsaille
Butternut squash, green peas, green and red bell pepper, onion, tomato, and onion ina savory slightly spicy sauce served over couscous.

Shrimp Provencal
Shrimp sautéed in butter with onion, garlic, olives, and tomato finished with white wine served with a side of rice.
