South African Overview
Plantains and avocado dip
Roasted eggplant with cucumber, red bell pepper, and onion
Choose from the following entrees:

All entrees served as platters with small portions of white rice
Grilled large prawns in a spicy yogurt based marinade
Large prawns marinated in yogurt sauce (honey, lemon, cardamom, ginger, garlic, olive oil, tumeric, red pepper, paprika). Served with white rice.
Spinach Peanut stew
Spinach pan sautéed with onion, tomato, green bell pepper, chili, peanuts and creamy peanut sauce served over polenta.
South African Barbequed Chicken
Chicken breast marinated and oven roasted topped with a spicy balsamic infused barbeque sauce.Served with white rice.
