brunch 10/20

Bon Appetit Café

Coq Monsieur
Jorddandal ham and gorgonzola cheese in Madison sourdough wheat bread pan toasted.
Side of pan seared potato.

Ben Yeddar (middle eastern egg salad)
Cooked eggs chopped and combined with onion, green bell pepper, green chilies, cooked potato, fresh parsley and thyme, lemon, cumin, garlic, and a mayonnaise based sauce served with pita bread slices as a platter with sliced tomato, feta cheese, and olives.

Portugese Paella
Shrimp, clams, and fresh mussels (out of the shell) simmered in a hearty stock with celery, leek, potato, green pepper, onion, red pepper, carrot, and tomato finished with basmati rice.

Huevos Pueblanos
Two eggs poached in a spicy red salsa served with a green salad and chips.

Tortilla Espanol
Whipped eggs with fried potato, onion, red pepper and feta cheese pan sautéed served with Caesar salad or
pan seared potatoes.
