Bon Appetit Café

Bon Appetit BLT
Jorddandal slab bacon, tomato, lettuce, and optional egg on Madison sourdough wheat bread.
Sides of potato or Piyaz.

Ben Yeddar (middle eastern egg salad)
Cooked eggs chopped and combined with onion, green bell pepper, green chilies, cooked potato, fresh parsley and thyme, lemon, cumin, garlic, and a mayonnaise based sauce served on sourdough bread. Sides of potato or Piyaz.

Salmon Tostada
Organic Scottish salmon pan seared combined with celery, green pepper, onion, and fresh herbs served over crispy tortilla with shredded lettuce and tomato topped with special sauce.

Huevos Pueblanos
Two eggs poached in a spicy red salsa served with a green salad.

Vegetarian pizza
Roasted tomato, green pepper, olives, organic mushrooms on a homemade crust topped with parmesan cheese served with Caesar salad.

Pastaciatta with Roasted Mushrooms and spinach
Italian breakfast tort with a semolina /polenta /parmesan stuffed with roasted organic shitake mushrooms, spinach, and onion fresh basil with a bechemal sauce topped with bread crumbs and parmesan cheese. Served with Caesar salad

Grilled eggplant layered with a sauce with roasted garbanzo beans/onion/tomato/ carrot/and green pepper topped with bechemal sauce and bread crumbs baked and served Caesar salad.
