Jordandal pork chops marinated with garlic, lemon juice, and oil grilled topped with a honey Dijon sauce and served with. Served with garlic potatoes

Little ear pasta with Italian sausage, red onions, red pepper, and a light tomato sauce topped with asiago cheese.

Gypsy Stew
Yams, squash, red and green pepper, carrot, onion, green peas, leeks, white beans, lentils, and a paprika and lemon infused vegetable broth with rice and yogurt sauce.

A brazilian stew with black beans, celery, leeks, carrots, red and green pepper, lime juice, cilantro, tomato, onion, and garlic in a savory stock with a little spicy kick. Served with white rice.
