Braised Jordandal Pork Chop
Jordandal farms pork chop marinated and oven braised and topped with aioli sauce served with pan roasted potato and coleslaw.

Moroccan Tagine Eggplant, carrot, peppers, yam, tomato, butternut squash, date, apricot, apple, pear, and lentil braised in their own juices with spices (cardamom, cinnamon, coriander, nutmeg) tagine style topped yogurt sauce. Served with couscous 15.95

Piri Piri
Shrimp sautéed with onion, red and green pepper, carrot, celery, and tomato tossed with poached prawns and a spicy pepper sauce. Served with special rice.

Grilled Jordandal Ribeye Steak
Jordandal farms grain fed beef steak marinated and grilled served with a spicy red sauce and side of pan roasted potatoes and coleslaw.
