Bon Appetit Café

Chilaquiles Roja
Two eggs poached in a spicy red salsa over homemade tortilla chips. Topped with feta cheese and sour cream. Served with salad rosario.

Squash, tomato, onion, green and red pepper, yam, lentil, pear, apple, apricot, dates, and mild chilies, cinnamon, honey, saffron, mint, cardamom, and coriander. Served with yogurt sauce and couscous.

Tortilla Espanol
Pan sautéed dish with whipped eggs with potato, onion, leeks, and red pepper. Served with fruit and your choice of rosemary garlic polenta or potatoes.

Brat Pita
Jordandal Italian brat grilled and served on pita with lettuce and tomato spicy salsa. Served pan roasted poatoes.

Vegetarian Pita(Vegetarian meatballs)
Ground garbanzo beans, onion, celery, green peppers, and cilantro with tofu formed into meatballs pan sautéed served on Pita bread with lettuce and tomato spicy sala. Side of pan roasted potatoes.

Marcos’s Tacos Dorado
two corn tortillas wrapped around whipped potato topped with homemade roasted spicy salsa, shredded lettuce, and parmesan cheese.

Bon Appetit Blt
Smoked slab bacon crisp fried on a toasted bun with tomato, lettuce and (optional) one fried egg with mayonnaise. Served with pan roasted potato.
