Albondigas (vegetarian meatball) Pita
Ground garbanzo beans, onion, celery, green peppers, and cilantro with tofu formed into meatballs pan sautéed with a spicy salsa served on a pita with lettuce and tomato, avocado served with homemade chips.
Chorizo and eggs
Whipped eggs, onion, green pepper, and Mexican chorizo pan fried. Served with piyaz and your choice polenta or garlic potatoes.
Chicken marinated with yogurt and fresh mint and grilled served on pita with grilled vegetables and yogurt sauce side of garlic potatoes..
Poached salmon combined with celery, onion, cilantro, green pepper, and Arborio rice formed into cakes pan sautéed served with an aioli mayonnaise. Served with piyaz and your choice of rosemary garlic polenta or potato.
