tuesday jan 26th turkish meal

Hummus plate
Hummus tomato and feta with pita

Turkish Tomato
Fresh tomato, onion, and wine with Turkish spicing

White beans with cucumbers, tomatoes, scallions, sumac, parsley and a vinaigrette dressing

Choose from the following entrees:
(Dinner price includes the first three courses. Dessert not included)

Tavukla Pilav
Chicken marinated with yogurt and fresh mint and grilled served over rice pilav with grilled vegetables.

Steak with Hunkar Begendi
Jordandal ribeye steak grilled and served with a roasted eggplant béchamel sauce. Served with rice pilav

Sultan’s Börek
Spinach, chard, kale, onion, roasted red pepper, roasted mushrooms combined with herbs, olives, and scallions layered with ricotta, feta, rice, and fillo dough and baked golden . Served yogurt sauce.

Turkish Bouillabaise
Seafood stew with, mussels, shrimp, salmon, tomato, celery, carrot, tomato, and a rich bay paprika sauce infused stock. Served with crostini.
