Yam, squash, mango, tomato, red and green pepper, and onion in a spicy coconut milk and vegetable stock.

Brazillian grilled Ribs
Jordandal beef back ribs marinated in a brazilian churrasco sauce grilled and served with a side of fried kale and rice..

Shrimp Strofanoff
Shrimp pan sautéed and finished in a spicy cream sauce with hearts of palm. Served with rice

Brazilian Marinated Salmon
Salmon steak marinated in citric and garlic dry rubbed with a sweet chili paste and broiled. Served with rice.
