First Course
Hut Nakalli/chermoula sauce 6.95

Grilled Jordandal Pork Chop
Jordandal pork chops marinated with garlic, mint, lemon juice, and oil grilled topped with a honey Dijon sauce and served with. Served with dad’s mashed potatoes.

Chicken stuffed with Chevre and basil
Chicken breast stuffed with chevre cheese and fresh basil grilled and served with French rice salad.

Piri Piri
Shrimp sautéed with onion, red and green pepper, carrot, celery, and tomato tossed with poached prawns and a spicy pepper sauce. Served with special rice.

Tagine Marekesh
Butternut squash, carrot, peppers, yam, tomato, date, apple, pear, and lentil braised in their own juices with spices (cardamom, cinnamon, coriander, nutmeg) tagine style topped yogurt sauce. Served with couscous.

Scallops Bourride
Sea scallops pan seared and finished with a white aioli sauce Served with rice.
