Moroccan meal tuesday 9/15

Vegetarian pastry with fillo dough

Lentil, squash, tomato, celery, onion, cilantro, and carrot with a spicy vegetable stock.

Bulgar wheat salad with mint.

Choose from the following entrees:
(Dinner price includes the first four courses. Dessert not included)
All entrees served as platters and include couscous, salad, feta cheese.

Squash, tomato, onion, green and red pepper, yam, lentil, pear, apple, apricot, dates, and mild chilies, cinnamon, honey, saffron, mint, cardamom, and coriander. Served with yogurt sauce.

Djej bil Einab
Chiken breast rubbed with a cinnamon ginger paste browned in butter and simmered with grapes.

Hut Nakalli
Fish (tilapia) dipped in egg and coated with spiced semolina flour quick fried and served with a cilantro chermoula sauce.

Ground meat patties (lamb and beef) with onion and garlic spiced with mint, cumin, lemon, pepper grilled and served with yogurt sauce.
