First Course

Grilled Jordandal Pork Chop
Jordandal pork chops marinated with garlic, mint, lemon juice, and oil grilled topped with a honey Dijon sauce and served with. Served with Spanish potato salad.

Vegetarian Lasagna
Layered oven baked pasta dish with a light ricotta tomato sauce, fresh spinach, mushrooms, and olives and topped with a crisp bread crumb provolone cheese crust.

Piri Piri
Chicken breast sautéed with onion, red and green pepper, carrot, celery, and tomato tossed with a spicy pepper sauce. Served with special rice.

Tagine Marekesh
Zuccihni, carrot, peppers, yam, tomato, date, apple, pear, and lentil braised in their own juices with spices (cardamom, cinnamon, coriander, nutmeg) tagine style topped yogurt sauce. Served with couscous.

Tilapia Sautee
Fresh tilapia pan sautéed and finished with a green salsa sauce Topped with shrimp served with special rice.
