Roasted red pepper hummus with bread and feta cheese

A soup of yam, carrots, onion, shredded pear, and peppers in a sweet and spicy puree with a vegetable stock base.

Shredded carrot with orange/lemon dressing.

Pita shreds with tomato and capers
