Pan sautéed shrimp with leeks and onion a white sauce with arborio rice.
Jordandal ground beef and cured ham spiced with garlic and fresah herbs pan sautéed with onion, celery, carrots, and leeks finished in a tomato sauce with a light touch of cream tossed with linguini and parmesan cheese.
Oven baked, layered dish with a polenta/ bread crumb/parmesan dough (with egg) layered with cooked spinach oven, roasted mushrooms, caramelized onion, and bechemal sauce topped with bread crumbs and cheese .
Pizza dish with a homemade crust jordandal sausage, tomato, cheese, capers and baked crisply served with caponata.
