Second Course

Celaric soup with pear and pearl barley 4.95
Pan done Japanese eggplant, onion, peppers, carrot, potato, tomato, and tofu in a special lemon curry with yogurt and tamarind served with brown rice.

Jordandal Sirloin Burger
Jordandal Sirloin beef spiced and pan sautéed or special Bon Appetit Veggie burger with lettuce, relish, and tomato on Madison sourdough bread. Side of black bean salad.

Shrimp Risotto
Pan sautéed shrimp with leeks and onion a white sauce with arborio rice.

Polenta pie
Oven baked, layered dish with a polenta/ bread crumb/parmesan dough (with egg) layered with cooked spinach oven, roasted mushrooms, caramelized onion, and bechemal sauce topped with bread crumbs and cheese with black bean salad.

Garbanzo stew
Garbanzo beans sautéed with red and green peppers, carrots, onion, parsley, and lemon spiced with paprika, dill, and pepper. Served with rice.
