Bon Appetit Café

Bon Appetit BLT
Jorddandal slab bacon, tomato, lettuce, and optional egg on Madison sourdough wheat bread.
Sides of Piyaz.
Kimya (middle eastern chili
Jordandal ground sirloin fried with onion, green pepper, carrot, celery, tomato, and finished with a red sauce. served with a fried egg and piyaz or polenta

Huevos Publanos
Two eggs poached in a spicy tomato salsa with red and green peppers, and onions. Served with salad

Sour Dough French Toast
Egg batter dipped Madison sourdough baguette with maple syrup. Served with piyaz or polenta.
Lesco with eggs
Hungarian red bell pepper sauce (red pepper, tomato/onion/paprika/garlic) combined with whipped eggs and scrambled. Served with piyaz or polenta.

Blackened catfish
Catfish fillet spice rubbed and pan seared served topped with aioli side of piyaz or polenta.

Farmers’ market fresh pesto and jordandal ham (or not) with whipped eggs. Served with your choice polenta or piyaz.
