Peas Pulao Cake
Rice cakes with cumin seed, green chilies, and green peas side of yogurt chutney
A soup of yellow peas, tomato, carrots, potato, onion, and carrots with pungent spicing.
Carrot and coconut
Pita salad with tomato, cucumber, and fresh mint
Choose from the following entrees:
(Dinner price includes the first three courses. Dessert not included)
All entrees served as platters with small portions of tomato/pnut/mango/banana chutney
Green lentils cooked with tamarind juice, spices, and fresh vegetables with small lside of brown rice.
Faux curry sauce with
Vegetables and tofu
Shrimp and apple
