wine tasting friday 8/5/11

the meal includes the following:
Bon Appetit Café
Wine dinner

Appetizer
Anti pasta
Cheese spread (Hungarian)/marinated olives/sliced tomato/garlic chichi
Second Course
Strawberry avocado salad
or
Tuscan soup

Small plates
Seafood
Garlic shrimp with caponata
Or
Marinated (Ukrainian tomato sauce) fish

Vegetarian
Veggie meatballs with roasted vegetables

Meat
Flat bread with either sausage or ground sirloin topping

wine 2 ounce pour of each:
The wines for Friday night will be a selection of wines from Foris Winery, Rogue Valley, Oregon, including: 2008 Pinot Blanc/2009 Pinot Gris/2008 Gewurtztraminer/2008 Fly Over Red (Merlot, Cabernet, Cabernet Franc)/2008 Pinot Noir All are under $20, great values, and great food wines.
