Bon Appetit BLT
Jorddandal slab bacon, tomato, lettuce, and optional egg on Madison sourdough wheat bread.
Sides of pan seared potato or Piyaz.

Huevos Publanos
Two eggs poached in a spicy tomato salsa with red and green peppers, and onions. Served with salad

Shrimp Jambalaya
Shrimp, peppers, tomato, and onion, braised in their own juices with Cajun spices cooked with rice.

Spicy Chicken Salad
Spice rubbed chicken breast roasted with onion and served over greens with tomato and cucumber with a special dressing.

Polenta pie
Oven baked, layered dish with a polenta/ bread crumb/parmesan dough (with egg) layered with Cajun sausage, roasted mushrooms, caramelized onion, and bechemal sauce topped with bread crumbs and cheese served with salad.

White fish (catfish) pan browned and layered in a tomato vegetable sauce served cold with pan seared potato or piyaz.

Egg batter dipped Madison sourdough baguette with maple syrup. Served with pan fried potato or piyaz.
