All entrees served with special brown rice
Carrot, peppers, yam, tomato, squash, date, apricot, onion, pear, and yellow peas braised in their own juices with spices (cardamom, cinnamon, coriander, nutmeg) tagine style topped yogurt sauce.
A Stew of yellow peas, tomato, carrots, potato, onion, and carrots with pungent spicing. Served with chutney.
Fillo wrapped spinach/feta/onion mint topped with yogurt sauce
Italian tort with a semolina /polenta crust stuffed with caramelized, onion and mushrooms with bechemal sauce topped with bread crumbs and parmesan cheese.
