Bon Appetit BLT
Jorddandal slab bacon, tomato, lettuce, and optional egg on Madison sourdough wheat bread.
Sides of potato salad or Piyaz.

Cabbage roll
Meat stuffed cabbage leaves (ground beef, green peppers, brown rice, onion, eggs, bread crumbs, crushed beans, and cheese) over cabbage with a savory tomato sauce with sour cream.

Huevos Publanos
Two eggs poached in a spicy tomato salsa with red and green peppers, and onions. Served with salad

Faux Asian Pasta
Peppers, carrot, and shitake mushrooms in a sweet and tart sauce with garlic, fresh ginger, sesame oil, cilantro, honey, and lemon zest tossed with linguini.
