Bon Appetit Café

Bon Appetit BLT
Jorddandal slab bacon, tomato, lettuce, and optional egg on Madison sourdough wheat bread.

Veggie Burger
Garbanzo and vegetables cooked spiced and pureed combined with homemade bread crumbs and egg formed into pattys pan sautéed and served on sourdough bread with lettuce and tomato.
Sides of pan seared potato.

Huevos Publanos
Two eggs poached in a spicy tomato salsa with red and green peppers, and onions. Served with salad

Shrimp Jambalaya
Shrimp, peppers, tomato, and onion, braised in their own juices with Cajun spices cooked with rice.

Polenta pie
Oven baked, layered dish with a polenta/ bread crumb/parmesan dough (with egg) layered with Cajun sausage, roasted mushrooms, caramelized onion, and bechemal sauce topped with bread crumbs and cheese served with salad.

Sour Dough French Toast
Egg batter dipped Madison sourdough baguette with maple syrup. Served with pan fried potato or Caesar salad.

Italian Scrambled eggs
Whipped eggs with grated parmesan, sour cream, garlic, and oregano pan sautéed served with Caesar salad or

Tortilla Espanol
Whipped eggs with fried potato, onion, red pepper and feta cheese pan sautéed served with Caesar salad or
pan seared potatoes.

East Indian Plate
Curry vegetables, sambar (lentil, spinach, and peas), banana chutney, mango chutney, tomato chutney, pnut chutney, pulao cakes.
