Bon Appetit anti pasta
Olive, garlic chichi, tomato
Spanish potato salad
Choose from the following entrees:
Pan seared salmon with a lemon currant sauce, red onion, and arugula on batch house bakery bread.
Sliced chicken breast marinated in a spicy marinade infused with roasted anise seed served on pita bread with grilled red bell pepper, fresh cilantro, tomato, and shredded romaine lettuce lemon aioli sauce.
Vegetarian sandwich with chopped roasted egg, feta cheese, shredded carrot, onion, roasted cashews, mild green chilies, and a cumin infused mayonnaise.
Bodacious Bon Appetit Burger (actually kofte)
Jordandal lean ground beef mixed with grated onion, cilantro, cumin, spicy paprika, fresh bread crumbs, and soul pan seared and served on Madison sourdough bread with ketchup/mustard/or mayonnaise horseradish optional.
