Pork Chop
Jordandal farms pork chop marinated and grilled with a tangy aioli sauce.

Seafood Provencal
Shrimp marinated and pan sautéed with a sweet tomato sauce.

A pastry stuffed with roasted squash and walnuts, leeks, shallot, and topped with parmesan cheese.

Basil Stuffed Chicken Breast
Chicken breast stuffed with fresh basil leaves and gruyere cheese oven roasted with a white wine reduction sauce.
