saturday sunday brunch 7/15-16

Bon Appetit Café

Ham and hard cooked egg with caramelized onion, tomato, and baby greens on sliced madison sourdough baguette with mayonnasise.
Sides of piyaz, potato salad, or fruit

Huevos con carne
Poached eggs in a spicy tomato based sauce with cilantro, lemon, chopped meat, onion, and bell peppers. Served with Piyaz or potato salad.

Shrimp Creole
Shrimp pan sautéed with green pepper and onion finished in a spicy cream sauce. Served with piyaz or potato salad, or fruit.

Sour Dough French Toast
Egg batter dipped Madison sourdough baguette with fried apple and maple syrup. Served with fruit or potato salad, or piyaz.

Middle Eastern Scramble
Red/green pepper, eggplant, zucchini, onion, mushrooms cilantro, and hot peppers with feta cheese and whipped eggs and served with fruit, piyaz* or potato salad.

Zucchini, caramelized onion, fresh parsley, and provolone cheese combined with whipped eggs baked in the oven served with either potato salad, fruit, or piyaz.

* Piyaz is a Turkish origin white bean salad with tomato, cucumber, red onion, and capers dressed with a vinaigrette and spiced with dill.
