Oven roasted wild caught salmon
Salmon wrapped in fillo dough with onion, and roasted red pepper spiced with lemon,garlic, salt, and pepper.

Jordandal Pork Chop
Oven braised in a white wine sauce topped with aioli. Served with potato salad.

Spinach, tofu, mushrooms, walnuts, onion, lemon, and tomato with cumin and garlic served with brown basmati rice and yogurt sauce.

Vegetarian sauteé Plate
Red and Green bell pepper, onion, shitake mushroom, tofu, carrot, fresh ginger, and spinach pan sautéed and served over sesame fried rice.

Pasta Bon Appetit
Hearts of palm, red and green bell pepper, carrot, and shitake mushrooms pan sautéed and tossed with linguini in savory asian influenced sauce.
Vegetarian 13.95 with shrimp 16.95

Spicy Chicken
Pan sautéed zucchini, garlic, onion, eggplant, and peanuts served over sliced chicken breast with a piquant soy/ginger reduction sauce. Served with sesame fried rice.
