Faux Asian Vegetable
A soup of peppers, bok choy, carrots,zucchini, eggplant, shitake mushrooms, and brown rice with sesame and soy.
Faux Asian coleslaw
Shredded cabbage, cucumber, and leek with ginger/ rice wine mayonnaise dressing.

Faux Asian Shrimp Pasta
Shrimp sauteed with garlic, cilantro, hot chili, vegetables, and lemon zest with a sweet and tart sauce.
Wild caught sockeye salmon pan sautéed with peppers, zucchini, carrot, tomato, ginger, and apple finished with sesame oil and honey. Served with sesame fried rice.
Faux Asian Vegetables
Pan sautéed bok choy, onion, carrot, celery, red and green bell pepper, shitake mushrooms, and tofu with sesame/ garlic/honey sauce. Served over sesame fried rice.
Faux Asian Spicy Chicken
Chicken breast sauteed with garlic, onion, eggplant, and peanuts with a piquant sauce. Served with sesame fried rice.
