First Course

Stuffed Rainbow Trout
Idaho trout stuffed with roasted mushrooms, leeks, roasted walnuts, and fresh parsley pan poached in white wine sauce served with rice.*

Jordandal Pork Chop
Jordandal farms pork chop marinated in white wine with garlic/paprika/salt and pepper grilled and topped with a mustard sauce side of pan seared potato.

Spinach, organic crimini mushrooms, tofu, onion, lemon, and tomato with cumin and garlic. Served with rice.

Garbanzo Bean Stew
Garbanzo beans, onion, carrot, celery, bell peppers, and lemon zest with a spicy paprika sauce. Served with rice.

Chicken Piri Piri
Chicken breast sautéed with green and red pepper, onion, carrot, and celery finished with a spicy Portuguese pepper sauce and cinnamon served with rice.
