Bon Appetit Café
Crepas de Molé
Mexican crepe stuffed with banana topped with chocolate salsa. Served with Potato, piyaz, or fruit.

Chilaquiles Verde
Two eggs poached in a spicy green salsa over homemade tortilla chips. Topped with feta cheese and sour cream. Served with with Potato, piyaz, or fruit.

Chicken Jambalaya
Southern chicken rice stew similar to Basque paella with green peppers, tomato, onion, leeks, capers, rice, and green peas cooked in a savory stock with hot spices and lemon.

Sourdough French toast
Egg batter dipped Madison sourdough baguette with fried apple and maple syrup. Served with Potato, piyaz, or fruit.

Pastaciatta with chicken
Italian breakfast tort with a semolina /polenta /ricotta crust stuffed with roasted roasted chicken, tomato, green peppers, and onion with a bechemal sauce topped with bread crumbs and parmesan cheese. Served with salad

Huevos Publanos
Two eggs poached in a spicy tomato salsa with red and green peppers, and onions. Served with salad

Portuguese Clam Stew
Clams with cubed center cut pork tenderloin (marinated in red pepper paste) with onion, celery, red and green pepper, and potatoes spiced with white wine, paprika, cilantro, and garlic . Served with bread.
