Roasted vegetables layered with feta, olives, and fillo dougho topped with egg wash and bread crumbs baked and served with rice pilav.
Spinach stew with onion, tomato, and mushrooms spiced with cumin and lemon topped with yogurt sauce and served with rice pilav.

Shrimp and artichoke pasta
Shrimp sautéed with onion and artichoke hearts finished in a paprika cream sauce tossed with penne pasta.
Salmon wrapped in a grape leaf
Atlantic salmon wrapped in a grape leaf grilled and served with a lemon currant sauce.. Served with rice pilav.
