Portuguese Salmon cakes
Atlantic salmon poached and combined with celery, onion, cilantro, lemon zest, and spiced bread crumbs into cakes sautéed in oil and topped with an aioli sauce. Served with with Spanish potato salad, piyaz, or fruit.
