Salmon Steak citric marinated dry spice rubbed and oven roasted served with a side of rice


Grilled Jordandal Pork Chop
Jordandal farms pork chop marinated and grilled topped with Dijon mustard sauce served with pan roasted potato.

Cuban Style Black beans (moors y Christian)
Black beans simmered with onion, celery, tomato, cilantro, and lemon served with rice and sour cream.


Shrimp Piri Piri
Shrimp with vegetables and a spicy Portuguese hot sauce. Served with rice


Roasted Chicken Caesar Salad
Chicken breast spiced rubbed and oven roasted sliced and served over chopped romaine lettuce with special homemade croutons, red onion, and tomato topped with a savory rich Caesar dressing. o.
