Ground beef sautéed with red and green peppers, carrot, onion, tomato, and celery with cumin, cinnamon, and lemon. Served with Potato, piyaz, or fruit.

Clams with cubed center cut pork tenderloin (marinated in red pepper paste) with onion, celery, red and green pepper, and potatoes spiced with white wine, paprika, cilantro, and garlic . Served with bread.
