brunch jan 19th

Ben Yeddar (middle eastern egg salad)
Cooked eggs chopped and combined with onion, green bell pepper, green chilies, cooked potato, fresh parsley and thyme, lemon, cumin, garlic, and a mayonnaise based sauce served with bread as a platter with sliced tomato, feta cheese, and olives.

Cajun Hash
Jorddandal ground sirloin, pork, and ham sautéed with peppers, tomato, onion, and potatoes then tossed with whipped eggs and Cajun spices.
Side of salad or polenta.
Pizza Rustico
Italian cheese torte with ricotta, provolone, parmesan cheeses roasted walnuts and pears in savory pastry crust served with salad.
Sour Dough French Toast
Egg batter dipped Madison sourdough baguette with maple syrup. Served with polenta or salad.

Italian Scrambled eggs
Whipped eggs with grated parmesan, sour cream, garlic, and oregano pan sautéed served with Caesar salad or polenta.

Chilaquiles Verde
Two eggs poached in a spicy green salsa over homemade tortilla chips. Topped with feta cheese and sour cream. Served with with salad.

Creole Shrimp and Crawfish Seafood Risotto
Shrimp and crawfish with celery, leeks, and onion in a spicy Creole cream sauce with arborio rice.

Roasted squash tourte
Roasted butternut squash with crème fraiche in a pie with potato bottom crust and parmesan bread topping served with salad.
