Greg’s vegetarian eggrolls
Veggie wrapped fried pastry with spicy dipping sauce

Light Miso
Traditional Japanese brothy soup from fermented bean paste
Cabbage Salad
Shredded cabbage in a sweet and sour dressing with ground nuts

Choose from the following entrees:
(Dinner price includes the first three courses. Dessert not included)

Pork Tenderloin curry
Lean cuts of jordadal pork tenderloin sautéed with bok choy, onion, and apple simmered in a prepared red curry with coconut milk. Red jasmine rice.

Tabo’s Salmon
Salmon slices quick fried in oil with onion, carrot, celery, and pear finished in a sot honey ginger sauce. Red jasmine rice

Spicy Peanut Chicken
Sliced chicken breast cooked with raw peanut, onion, carrot, yam, lime, and coconut reduction sauce. Red jasmine rice.

Mushroom fried rice
Mushrooms, onion, bok choy, scallion, cashew, tofu, egg, and lemon zest with sesame oil and sesame seed.
