Chicken piri piri

Chicken breast pan sautéed with vegetables finished in a spicy red sauce served with rice.


Pan Fried Tilapia
Tilapia fillet dusted with semolina and spices pan fried and topped with with a lemon cilantro glaze. Served with rice.
Grilled Pork chop with special sauce

Marinated jordandal farms pork chop grilled and accompanied with Dijon/honey sauce served with potato.


Moroccan Tagine
Eggplant, carrot, peppers, yam, tomato, zucchini, date, apricot, apple, pear, and lentil braised in their own juices with spices (cardamom, cinnamon, coriander, nutmeg) tagine style topped yogurt sauce. Served with couscous
Grilled Spicy shrimp
Shrimp marinated in a spicy sauce grilled and served over couscous with grilled vegetables.
